BaggageWise ("we," "us," "our") operates baggagewise.example. We can be reached at editor@baggagewise.example.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site:
- Analytics data — aggregate pageviews, country, device type, and referring URL. We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set cross-site tracking cookies.
- Contact form submissions — the name, email, and message you voluntarily send us.
- Calculator inputs — the values you enter into the shipping calculator are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store, log, or transmit them.
3. What we don't collect
- We do not require account creation.
- We do not collect payment information.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (for example, to remember if you've dismissed a notice). Analytics cookies, if used, can be declined via your browser's settings or our cookie banner.
5. Third-party services
We may embed content from third parties (for example, Google Fonts to render typography). These services may receive your IP address as part of their normal operation. We do not share additional personal data with them.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK (under GDPR/UK-GDPR) or California (under CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us at editor@baggagewise.example with the subject "Data Request" and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
BaggageWise is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect.
